5th Class spent last Wednesday morning taking part in an online event which brought together Science and Art. Science Foundation Ireland recently commissioned five artists who worked with five different SFI Research Centres to create artworks inspired by STEM topics.
At our virtual exhibition, we looked at the artworks inspired by DNA, automated cars and brain activity. We joined many other schools on a Zoom webinar to listen to the artists and scientists talking about and sharing their work and we were able to ask them lots of questions! As you can see, we also created our own amazing artwork!
